The 300-metre high architectural development will offer breathtaking sight of Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina
Dubai will have its tallest beach tower soon. Construction work for the 303-metre high tower has already been initiated at the end of Jumeirah Beach Walk. The new development which is named as The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa will offer breathtaking sights of Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina.
The work contractor, Middle East Foundation Group LLC, has been appointed for the landmark project. The foundation work of the project will include 22 kilometres of bored piling. The work contractor will need to dug up sand beyond 222,000 cubic metres for the project.
With a built-up area comprising 255, 000 square metres, it will be a lone tower with a split design which gives the impression of two towers. The unique design will ensure proper light and breathtaking views.
Featured with unique design, the new project will also be an iconic development in Dubai. Comprising an array of infinity pools and terraces, the tower will have three important elements:
- A resort and spa including 183 rooms and suites
- Serviced Apartments
- Residential Flats
The architectural landmark, once complete, is going to offer easy access to and from Jumeirah Beach Road and Shaikh Zayed Road.
